Located slopeside at the base of a major Breckenridge ski peak, this ski-in/ski-out resort residence offers suite-style accommodations ranging from 400-square-foot studio suites up to 2,600-square-foot four-bedroom residences. Each unit type is designed with king beds, queen sleeper sofas, and full kitchens or kitchenettes, and larger residences add soaking tubs, fireplaces, private balconies, and in-unit washer/dryers, supporting flexible multifamily and multigenerational stays.

On-property amenities include a signature tavern-style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with upscale comfort food, a curated craft beer selection, and après-ski specials, along with a full-service spa, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and a rooftop lounge.

Contemporary materiality: natural stacked stone, rich walnut millwork, layered wood tones, and soft neutral textiles. The goal throughout was to balance luxury resort polish with a cozy, lived-in alpine warmth, reflected across the suite living areas, the reception/lodge lobby, and the outdoor hot tub terrace overlooking the ski runs.
